Meet Robbie

This is usually where things get a little out of hand.

Robbie is our resident flair bartender and fire guy. If you’ve been to a Jimmy Slings event where things suddenly got a lot louder, there’s a pretty good chance he had something to do with it.

He’s the bloke we bring in when simply making the drinks isn’t quite enough.

Bottles flying, cocktails being thrown around, fire behind the bar and the occasional moment that makes everyone pull their phones out.

But underneath all the showmanship, Robbie is a seriously experienced bartender who knows exactly what he’s doing.

Basically, if Jimmy says “let’s make this one a bit bigger”, Robbie gets the call.

Making the drink is only half the fun. Flair bartending turns the bar into part of the entertainment. Bottles fly, tins spin, and drinks are made right in front of your guests. Robbie knows how to read a crowd too. He can turn it up when everyone’s ready for it or keep things a little more controlled when the occasion calls for it. The bar becomes the show.
